In the event of being unable to keep your appointment please advise reception accordingly at the earliest opportunity. This may allow the appointment to be offered to another patient.
OUT OF HOURS EMERGENCY CALLS ARE DIVERTED TO North Wales GP Out of Hours (OOH) Service, a service commissioned by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.FOR TELEPHONE ADVICE PLEASE RING NHS DIRECT ON 0845 46 47
In addition the Practice has also joined the Protected Education Time Programme supported by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. It is a programme whereby protected time is provided to enable practices to close on one half day per month from 1.30pm to 6pm for Protected Education Time. Advance notice of the dates when the surgery will be closed for Protected Education Time will be advertised in the surgery and are detailed below.
